Then 3 rounds of:
8-10x Single-Arm DB Overhead Strict Press (ea) (Rx Increase weight each round)
15-25x Anchored Leg Raises (Rx Use a weight between feet)
For Time (10x Mountain Climbers Every Minute on the Minute for the first 10 minutes):
Wall Ball (Rx 20/14)
KB Swing (Rx 55/35)
Sandbell Slam (Rx 25/20)
Cash-Out: 300m Sandbell Run (Use SB Slam sandbell)
