STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. Back Squats: 5×5 – “Working Sets”

— Start @ 60% & increase each set

— Complete 2 to 3 “warm-up” sets before your “working sets”

B. Complete as many SETS of the following with the time left, increasing weight throughout. 1x SET = 1x of the Complex

— Complex: 1x Good Morning + 1x Front Rack Lunge (Right) + 1x Good Morning + 1x Front Rack Lunge (Left)

WOD: For Time

30x Hand Release Push-Ups

30x Box Jumps (Rx 24/20,+30/24)

30x Thrusters (Rx 95/65,+115/80)

30x Toes-To-Bar (Rx+) – Practice!!

30x Burpee Over Bar
