STRENGTH: Take 25 to 30-minutes to complete the following.

A. Deadlifts: Complete the following 7-SETS of Deadlifts, increasing weight as you decrease reps. The last four-sets are your working sets and should be your heaviest. Record heaviest set(s) in Wodify.

— 15-12-10-8-5-5-5x

B. If there is time left, with the remainder of the time, complete as many rounds as you can.

— 10x Alternating Lunges – Lunge in Place using two weights of choice, no barbell.

— 5x Pull-Ups (Any Variation)

— 50m Farmer’s Carry (Go Heavy)

— 1-minute of Toes-To-Bar Practice
