STRENGTH: Take 20 to 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. EMOM #1: 5-minutes (Every Minute on the Minute)

— 8 to 20x Push-Ups (Beginners 8-10, Intermediate: 11-15, Advance: 16-20)

B. EMOM #2: 6-Minute (Every 2-Minutes)

— MAX Double Unders (Practice!!! Modify with MAX Singles)

C. Practice the Power Clean with the time left. Record any sets of lifts in Wodify!
