C. 5-minute AMRAP: Front Rack Alternating Lunges

WOD: For Rounds and Reps

12-minute AMRAP:

— 4x Box Jumps (Rx 24/20,+30/24)

— 4x Wall Balls (Rx 20-25/14-16)

— 4x Sandbell Slams (Rx 25/20,+30/25)
