STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. 8-Minute Tabata:

— Minute 1: Butterfly Sit-Ups

— Minute 2: Army Sit-Ups

— Minute 3: Russian Twist

— Minute 4: Hollow Body Hold

— Minute 5: Alternating Leg Raises

— Minute 6: V-Ups

— Minute 7: Tuck Crunches

— Minute 8: Hollow Body Hold

B. Take 14-minutes to complete 37x Ground to Overhead with a barbell. Use ANY type of lift to complete all the reps. You can increase weight throughout but do not max out.

WOD: Sam’s Birthday WOD

8-Rounds:

— 14x American KB Swings (Rx 40-45/12kg,+50-55/35)

— 14x Hand Release Push-Ups

**37x Jumping Jacks @ START OF WOD, END OF WOD AND REPEAT BETWEEN EACH ROUND**
