STRENGTH: Take 20-minutes to complete as many rounds as you can of the following. Use a weight that you can use for ALL 3-LIFTS. You can add some weight throughout BUT don’t let it get too heavy.

— 15x Romanian Deadlifts

— 10x Floor Press

— 5x Hang Power Snatch

WOD: For Rounds and Reps

15-minute AMRAP:

— 10x Back Squats (Rx 75/55,+95/65) DO NOT DROP BARBELLS!!

— 15x Butterfly Sit-Ups

— 20x Double Unders (Rx+) OR 60x Singles (Rx)

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
