STRENGTH: Take 20-minutes (or less) to complete the following. Complete in any order.

A. 6-minute EMOM:

— ODD: MAX V-Ups

— EVEN: Max Hollow Rock Hold

B. With the remainder of time, complete as much as possible of the following, breaking up the reps in any other.

— 100x Push-Ups

— 75x Good Mornings (Use a plate as a weight)

— 50x Bent Over Rows @ 60-70% (Keep the same weight throughout)

WOD: For Time

3-rounds:

— 10x Burpee Box Jumps (Rx 24/20,+30/24)

— 10x Push-Press (Rx 75/55,+96/65)

3-rounds:

— 15x Touch N’ Go Power Cleans

— 15x Sandbell Sit-Ups (Rx 25/20,+30/25)

STR: Bent Over Row (SEE ABOVE)

WOD: Metcon (Time)
