STRENGTH: 25-minutes to complete as many sets as you can of the following superset. Pick a starting weight between 50-60% and increase throughout. Record your heaviest sets lifted in Wodify.

— 5 to 8x Bench Press

— 5 to 8x Deadlifts

— Rest 2-minutes

WOD: For Time**

2-Rounds:

— 20x American KB Swings (Rx 50-55/35)

— 30x Wall Balls (Rx 20-25/14-16)

— 10x Power Snatches (Rx 95/65)

**Every minute on the minute you will follow a BURPEE LADDER.

— Start with 1x Burpee (Minute 1)

— Minute 2: 2x Burpees

**After 5x Burpees the ladder goes back to 1x Burpee.

— Minute #5: 5x Burpees

— Minute #6: 4x Burpees

….until you finish the 2-rounds.
