STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. Back Squats: Complete the following 6-SETS of Deadlifts, increasing weight as you decrease reps. The last three-sets are your working sets and should be your heaviest***. Record heaviest set(s) in Wodify.

B. With the remainder of the time, complete as many sets of the following complex:

— 1x Hang Squat Clean + Thruster

— 1x Push Press

— 1x Push Jerks

WOD: For Total Reps (Total of 17-minutes including rests)

— 3-Minute of Touch N’ Go Power Cleans (Rx 95/65,+115/80)

— 3-Minute of Burpee Over Bar (No Push-Up Burpee)

— 2-Minute REST

— 1-Minute of Jumping Jacks (Hands Touch at the Top)

— 2-Minute REST

— 3-Minute of Burpee Over Bar (No Push-Up Burpee)

— 3-Minute of Touch N’ Go Power Cleans
