Metcon (6 Rounds for reps)

In two teams, complete as many REPS as you can at each station. Each athlete will complete as many reps as they can in 5 minutes at each station. Each individual will add up their own reps with their entire team at the end of the WOD. There will be a 2 minute break between stations.

Station #1:

200m Sandbell Run (25/20) + 15cal Row (Dial at 10)= 1 REP

Station #2:

10x Box Jumps (24/20) + 10x KBS (55/35) = 1 REP

Station #3:

15x Strict Press (45/35) + 15x V-Ups = 1 REP

Station #4:

10x Push-Ups + 10x Pull-Ups = 1 REP

Station #5:

15x Wall Balls (20/14) + 15x Sandbell Slams (25/20) = 1 REP

Station #6:

5x Burpee + 15 Supermans = 1 REP
