WOD A: Metcon (7 Rounds for reps)

4-minute Tabata Time Limit to reach 56-reps for each exercise (or round). 1-minute rest in between each Tabata.

Tabata 1: 56x Push Press (Rx 75/55,+95/75)

Tabata 2: 56x Wall Balls (Rx 20/14,+20)

Tabata 3: 56x Power Cleans

Tabata 4: 56x Back Squats

Tabata 5: 56x SB Sit-Ups (Rx 25/20,+30/25)

Tabata 6: 56x Hand Release Push Ups

Tabata 7: 56x KB Swings (Rx 40-45/26,+50-55/35-40)
