A. Strength: Complete 5 sets of the following in 20 minutes or less.

5x Front Squat

5x Bent Over Rows

Start both lifts @ 50% and increasing each round.

Front Squat (5×5)

Bent Over Row (5×5)


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

17 minute AMRAP

10x Power Clean (Rx 135/95)

20x Hand Release Push-Ups

30x KB Swings (Rx 55/35)

40x Wall Balls (Rx 20/14)

50x Sandbell Step-Ups (20′) (Rx 25/20)

600m Run (Completes the Round)
