It Takes Two, Baby! (Time)

With a Partner, Complete the following for time. (Split the reps however you like. Teams must complete the current exercise in order to move on to the next one):

1 Round

50x Clean & Jerk (Rx 75/55)

100x Goblet Squats (Rx 55/35)

50x Toes-To-Bar

100x KB Swings (American-Rx 55/35)

50x Burpees

500m Run

Then immediately start:

3 Rounds

25x Wall Balls (Rx 20/14)

25x No Push-Up Burpee

25x Wall Ball Sit-Ups (Rx 20/14)
