A. 12-Minute EMOM: Every 2 minutes complete the following. Option to increase weight throughout. Allow time to rest.

— Press Over to Behind the Neck

— Press Back Over to the Front

B. Box Jumps: With the time left, work on one of the following options.

— Option #1: Build up to a 2-REP Max Height Jump

— Option #2: 5×5 at a Set Height (Rx: Work up to 20″, 24″, and 30″)
