STRENGTH: 25-minutes to complete the following.
A. 10-Minute AMRAP: Increase weight throughout.
— Complex: 1x Hang Power Snatch + 1x Overhead Snatch Grip Lunges (Each Side) + 1x Overhead Squat
B. 10-Minute AMRAP: Complete as many reps as you can, working on C&D’s, Kipping Pull-Ups, Kipping Muscle-Ups and Toes-2-Bar.
WOD: For Time (Rx 95/65,+115/80)
Rep Scheme: 21-15-9-15-21x of:
— Push Presses
— Sumo Deadlifts High Pulls
** Start with 3-Burpee Over Bar and repeat every 3-minutes.
