A. Hang Power Cleans:

— Option #1: Find a 1 to 3-REP MAX — Allow for 3-Failed Attempts before quitting.

— Option #2: 5×5 @ 80-90% of 1RM

— Option #3: 5×8 @ 70-80% of 1RM

B. With the time left, finish the following:

— 30x Push-Ups

— 30x Overhead Tricep Extensions

— 30x Band Pull -Aparts

— 30x Dips

Bar Rx: 95/65, +115/75, ++135/85 and up
