a. 6-5-4-3-2-1x of Bench Press; Start at 50% and build up to a heavy 1RM using the 6-round rep scheme. Record 1RM in Wodify!

b. With the remainder of the time, complete as many supersets as you can. Rest at the end of the superset.

MAX L-Sit Hold or any other Leg/Knee Raise Hold
