Sandbell Grand Prix (3 Rounds for reps)

WOD: 3 Rounds for Reps; 1 Minute AMRAP at each Station. Scores are total number of reps per round. ((Rx 25/20, Rx +30/25)) – Group rest at the end of each round.

#1: Single Sandbell Clean + Hop

#2: 180* Lunge Twist + Slam

#3: Granny Toss + Crawl

#4: Sandbell Throw + Hop

#5: Granny Wall Toss + Burpee

#6: Sandbell Clean + Toss

#7: Sandbell Sit-Ups

#8: Sandbell Russian Twist

300m Sandbell Run at the end of each round.
