A. STRENGTH: 25-minutes to complete the following.

Minute 1: Narrow Push-Ups

Minute 2: Chin-Ups

b. With the remainder of time, complete as many super sets of the following:

6-10x Bench Press

6-10x Pendlay Row

6x – Go Heavy!

8x – Moderate Weight

10x – Light Weight

B. WOD: For Total Rounds & Reps

10-Minute AMRAP:

2x Burpee Over Bar

4x Push Press (Rx 75/55,+95/75)

6x Hang Squat Clean

8x Sumo Deadlift High Pull

100m Overhead Plate Carry (Rx 35/15,+45/25) – Completes the round!
