STRENGTH: Take 20 to 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. 5×5 Good Mornings (Use moderately heavy weight)

— Superset each set with one of the following:

— 60-second Handstand Hold

— Submax Strict Pull-Ups

— Submax Strict Ring Dips

B. Superset with remaining time:

— 5x Windmills (ea)**

— 5x Turkish Get Ups (ea)**

**Use a challenging weight.
