WOD: 3 Rounds for Reps; 1 Minute AMRAP at each Station. Scores are total number of reps per round. ((Rx 25/20, Rx +30/25))
CASH-IN: 300m Sandbell Run at the very start of the WOD… AMRAP begins once everyone gets back from the run.
