A. Maria’s Birthday WOD: Once you complete the 5-rounds, you will record you time THEN rest for 3-minutes. After the rest, you will complete the 6-minute AMRAP on your own and record total Rounds and Reps. **NOTE: There is TWO scores for this WOD.
