STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. Complete one of the following options for the Sumo Deadlift:

— Option 1: Build up to a heavy 5-REPS

— Option 2: 5×5 @ 75-85% of 1RM

— Option 3: 3×10 @ 55-65% of 1RM

— RECORD IN WODIFY!

B. With the time left, complete as many Supersets as you can of the following:

— 10x Alternating Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts (Each Side)

— 8x Dumbbell Lunges (Each Side)

— 6x Squat Jumps (Rx+ Knee Jumps)

4-Rounds (20-minute Cap):

— 15x Chest-To-Floor Push Ups (Rx++ Skill Ring Dips)

— 5x Ground to Overheads

— 15x Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (Rx+), Pull-Ups (Rx) (Modify as Needed)

— 5x Hang to Overheads

— 200m Run

Barbell: Rx 95/65,+115/75,++135/85
