STRENGTH: Take 20-25 minutes to complete the following.

A. Complete the following sets for the Bench Press – rest 60 to 90-seconds between your sets.

— 1×15 @ 50-60%

— 3×10 @ 60-70%

— 5×5 @ 70-80% — Record in Wodify!!

B. With the time left, complete the following:

3 to 5-rounds:

— 8x Good Morning

— 6x KB Alternating Snatches (Try NOT using a DB)

— 4x Strict Chin-Ups (Modify as Needed)

WOD: For Time — SEE BELOW

STR: Bench Press (SEE ABOVE)

WOD: Metcon (Time)

3-Rounds of:

— 5x Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

— 300m Run

Then 3-Rounds of:

— 200m Overhead Plate Carry

— 5x Thrusters

Barbell: Rx 95/65,+115/80,++135/95

Plate: Rx 35/25,+45/35

DO NOT DROP BARBELLS!!
