STRENGTH: Take 20 to 25-minutes to complete the following. Use the different EMOMs as practice for the various moves.

A. 6-minute EMOM:

— ODD: Single Jumps

— EVEN: Double Unders (Rx+)

B. 6-Minute EMOM:

— ODD: Butterfly Sit-Ups (Rx+ Weighted)

— EVEN: Superman Hold

B. 6-Minute EMOM:

— ODD: Box Jumps (Athlete must jump! Modify height)

— EVEN: American Swings

WOD: For Rounds and Reps — SEE BELOW

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

14-Minute AMRAP:

— Minute #1: Touch N’ Go Deadlifts

— Minute #2: Hang Power Cleans

— Minute #3: V-Ups (Rx++ Skill: Toes To Bar)

— Minute #4: Burpee Over Bar

— Minute #5: REST (Rounds 1 and 2 ONLY)

Barbell: Rx 95/65,+115/75,++135/85 (Toes-To-Bar No Required for ++)
