— Sit-Ups

— Air Squats

— Russian KB Swings (Rx 40-45/26.5-30,+50-55/35-40)

— Walking Lunges (Each Side)

— Pull-Ups or Ring Rows (Any variation)

— Double Unders (Rx+) or Singles (Triple the Reps: 75-60-45-30)

— Running Scheme: (50m, 100m, 150m, 200m)

CASH-OUT: Part of Final Time

— 300m Single Kettelbell Farmers Carry (Use Russian Swing Weight)

— 100x Russian Twist (Each Side – Use any (if any) weight of choice)
