B. GUIDED STRETCH

C. WOD A: 12-Minute AMRAP

3×4-Minute Rounds. Within 4-minute complete the following exercises as fast as possible and with remaining time accumulate as many Sit Up to a Standing Position as possible!

— 25x Weighted Push Press

— 25x V-Ups

— 25x Weighted Lunges

— MAX Sit Ups to a Standing Position!
