A. STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following lifts starting @ 50-60% and increasing weight each round.

If there is time left, complete 3 rounds of the following:

10x DB Side Raise

Shoulder Press

Behind the Neck

B. WOD: For Rounds and Reps

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)

12-Minute AMRAP

15x Box Jump Overs (Rx 24/20,+30/24)

10x Burpee

15x Sandbell Slams (Rx 25/20,+30/25)

10x Reverse Burpee
