C. WOD A: 15-Minute AMRAP

Every 5-Minutes complete the following and with the remaining time, complete as many BURPEES as you can.

— 25x Squat Jumps

— 25x Weighted Push Presses

— 25x Knee Tucks

— 25x Weighted Lunges (Total)

— MAX Burpees
