STRENGTH: Take 20-minutes or less to complete the following. Work together as a class and rest as needed between drills.

A. 5-Minute MAX Double Unders (Scale: Singles work up to Doubles)

B. 6-Minute MAX Turkish Get-Ups (3-Minutes Each Side)

C. 5-Minute MAX Turkish Sit-Ups (Alternate throughout)

20-Minute AMRAP of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Pistols (5-L / 5-R)
15 Pull-ups

WOD B: ‘Easy’ Mary (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

5 Handstand Push-ups

10 Pull-ups

25 Squats
