A. SKILL: “Death By Wall Balls” – 20-Minutes MAX
Complete 1x Wall Ball on the start of the 1st minute, 2x Wall Balls on the 2nd minute, 3x Wall Balls on the 3rd minute, and so on until you can no longer complete Wall Balls for the number of minutes on the timer. No particular RX on the weight of the Wall Ball BUT go with a weight that will allow you to comfortably practice FORM and TECHNIQUE.
