Sandbell Madness (3 Rounds for reps)

WOD: 3 Rounds for Reps; 1 Minute AMRAP at each Station. Scores are total number of reps per round. ((Rx 25/20, Rx +30/25))

CASH-IN: 300m Sandbell Run at the very start of the WOD… AMRAP begins once everyone gets back from the run.

#1: Sandbell Slams Burpee

#2: Straight Leg Sit-Ups

#3: Sandbell Granny Wall Toss

#4: Jumping Lunges

#5: Single Sandbell Snatch + Slam

#6: Reverse Burpee

#7: Single Sandbell Clean + Hop

#8: Mountain Climbers

CASH-OUT: 300m Sandbell Run at the very end of all three rounds.
