STRENGTH: Take 25 to 30-minutes to complete the following.

A. Take 15-Minutes to build up to a heavy 5-REPS for the Sumo Deadlift. Record in Wodify!

B. With the time left, finish 4-supersets of the following. Try using the SAME weight for all three lifts and keep the weight the same for all 4-sets.

— 12x Barbell Hip Raises

— 10x Barbell Shrugs (3-Second Hold @ Top of Shrug)

— 8x Strict Presses
