STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete as many rounds as you can of the following.

— 3x (1x Power Shrug + 1x Hang High Pull + 1x Power Clean)**

— 5x Strict Pull-Ups (Or any other variation of a “strict” pull-up)

— 100m Weight Run (Use any weight of choice)

— REST 1 to 2-minutes

** Start the Power Clean complex light and increase weight throughout and record your heaviest “POWER CLEAN” set of lifts in Wodify.
