STRENGTH: Take 20-25 minutes to complete the following.

A. 15-Minutes to Complete 8-Supersets of:

— 3x Bench Press @75% of 1RM (Warm-Up to 75% first – Record heaviest lifts in Wodify!)

— 6-8 Explosive Push Variations (beginners do normal Push variations)

**Rest 45 seconds and repeat!

B. Superset AMRAP with the time left.

— Submaximal Pull Ups or Ring Rows

— 8x Underhand Barbell Rows

— 12x Upright Rows

— 20x Sit Outs

— 200m Run

— 20x Push Ups

— 200m Run

— 20x Toes to Bar (Rx+) or Knee Raises
