CROSSFIT

STRENGTH: Take 20-minutes to complete as many rounds as you can of the following.

— 5x Front Squats**

— 5x Squat Cleans (Beginners: Power Cleans)**

— 15x V-Ups

— REST 1 to 2-minutes

** Start both lifts @ 50% of their own 1RM and increase by a little on each round, do NOT max out too fast! Use two barbells and the rack if you need to, but keep in mind that the Cleans are taken from the floor. Record heaviest lifts in Wodify!

STR: Power Clean (SEE ABOVE)

WOD: Metcon (Time)

3-Rounds:

— 500m Run

— 15x Deadlifts (Rx Body Weight)

— 9x Pull-Ups (Rx+ Strict Pull-Ups)

— 3x Burpee Over Bar
