— Option 1: 5×5 @75-85% of 1RM

— Option 2: 5×3 @ 80-95% of 1RM

— Option 3: Find a 1, 3 or 5RM

B. Go for 3-5-Rounds

-10x Goodmornings

-12x Dumbbell Lunges (total)

WOD: For Time

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

13-Minute AMRAP

–3x Complexes

(1x Squat Clean + 1x Jerk)

* GO Heavy!

— 6x Chest to Bar Pull Ups

–9x Push Ups with Arm Raise (For example you push up then right arm reaches straight out in front. Push up then left army reaches straight out in front)

Barbell: RX 115/75, +135/85, ++155/195 and Up!

Power Clean
