STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following

A. Push Jerks:

— Option 1: 4×8 @ 50-70% of 1RM with 2 second pauses each rep

— Option 2: 5×3 @80-95% of 1RM with 2 second pauses each rep

— Option 3: Find a 1, 3 or 5RM

B. Go for 3-5-Rounds

— 8x Strict Pull-Ups

— 8x Band Pull Aparts

WOD: For Rounds and Reps!

WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10-Minute AMRAP

— 10x Deadlifts (Rx)

— 8x Ring Dips (Scale as needed)

Barbell: RX 135/95, +155/115, ++185/135 and Up

STR A: Push Jerk (SEE ABOVE)
