A. STRENGTH: Take 20-minutes or less to complete 3 to 4 rounds of the following circuit.

10x Push-Ups – Rx Feet elevated on box or MB, Rx+ Handstand Push-Ups/Strict HSPU

8x Back Squats – Start @ 60%

5x Box Jumps – Increase height if possible

7x Burpees (Rx/+ Burpee Over Bar)
