Part 1

14-Minute EMOM:

In Teams of 2, Partner A does as many burpees as possible in 50 Seconds… While Partner B does as many sit-ups as possible in 50 Seconds. Each minute you will switch places. Final rep score is the total number of burpees.

**Rest 6-Minutes**

Part 2

20-Minute AMRAP Ladder:

In your same teams, complete as many reps as you can of the following ladder. Only one person can work at a time. 300m Partner Run after each round.
