STRENGTH: Take about 25-minutes to complete the following.
A. Sprints: 8 x 25m Sprints
— Rest no more than 90-seconds between sprints.
— Record fastest times in Wodify.
B. Complete 3 to 4-Rounds of the following:
— 10x Jump Lunges (Total)
— 8x Dumbbell Lunges (Total)
— 6x Goblet Wide Stance Lunges (Total)
WOD: For Reps — SEE BELOW
WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)
14-minutes AMRAP: 3 x 4-Minute rounds with 1-Minute rests in between the 3-rounds.
— Minute #1: Toes to Bar (RX+ Skill)
— Minute #2: Hand Release Push-Ups
— Minute #3: 1-Arm Kettellbell Hang Snatch (Switch arms as needed)
— Minute #4: Air Squats
— Minute #5: REST
