STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. Take 15-Minute to Build up to a Heavy 3 Reps of Sump Deadlifts

— Intermediate/Advance Athletes find a 3-REP MAX

— Allow for three failed attempts

— Record in Wodify!

B. 10-Minutes to complete as many supersets as possible:

— 5x Goodmornings (moderate weight)

— 10x Jumping Lunges (go for max hieght)

— 20x Side Step Lunges (w/Kettelbell – go heavy)
