STRENGTH: Take 20 to 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. Bench Press: Build up to a heavy set of 5-REPS.

— Superset with 5x Strict Pull-Ups

— OR 10-15x Ring Rows

— Record in Wodify!

B. If you finish early.. Practice Double Unders or Singles (Unbroken)

**Complex:

— 1x Deadlift
