A. STRENGTH: Take 25-minutes to complete the following.

5×5 Deadlifts – Start @ 50% and increase each round. (Take about 10 minutes to complete, take SHORT rest between sets.)

Then with the remainder of your time, complete 15-12-9-6x of:

Barbell Hip Raises (Start medium and add a little weight each)

Anchored Leg Raise (Rx Weighted)

Staggered Push-Ups

22x Sanbell Slam Burpees (Rx 25/20.+30/25)

52x Sandbell Sit-Ups

22x Step-Ups (Rx 20,+24)

52x Walking Weighted Lunges (Rx/+ Use Sandbell)
