A. STRENGTH/SKILL: Every 2-minutes, for a total of 12-Minutes (6-rounds), complete one set of the following complex starting at 50% of your Push-Jerk and/or Split Jerk and increase each round there after.

1x Power Clean

3x Front Squats

2x Split Jerk

Split Jerk (50% of 1RM)

Push Jerk (50% of 1RM)

B. WOD: For Time

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds

10x Thrusters (Rx 95/65,+115/85)

20x V-Ups

50x Double-Unders (Rx+) or 150x Singles (Rx)
