STRENGTH: Take 20 to 25-minutes to complete as much as you can of the following.

A. Build up to a MAX height Box Jump

B. Superset the following as many times as you can with the time left. Use the same bar/weight and increase throughout.

— 5-8x Good Mornings

— 8-10x Front Rack Alternating Lunges

— 8-12x Hip Raises with Barbell


WOD: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

14-Minute AMRAP:

— 10x Sumo Deadlift High Pulls

— 10x Hang Power Cleans

— 10x Push Press

— 10x Back Squats
