STRENGTH: Take about 25-minutes to complete the following.

A. Snatch Balance: ** RECORD IN WODIFY **

— Take 8 to 12-minutes to complete 3 to 4 Rounds of 5 to 10-REPS at a set weight drilling good form (PRACTICE!!).

B. Overhead Squats: ** RECORD IN WODIFY **

— Option #1: Find a 1, 3 or 5-REP MAX

— Option #2: 5×5 (Working at a set weight)

WOD: For Time ** SEE BELOW **

WOD: Metcon (Time)

12-Rounds:

— 5x Hang Power Snatches (Rx – Modify as Needed)

— 50m Sprint
