— 5x Back Squats @ 75% or Above (Warm-up to your working weight first)

— 10x Box Jumps (any height)

— 25x Weighted Sit-Ups (Use any wight of choice)

— 100x Double Unders (Rx+) or 300x Singles

— 100x Step-Ups (20″ Box – 24″ for Taller Athletes)

— 1000m Run

— 100x Walking Lunges
