STRENGTH: 25 minutes to complete the following.

Superset Feont Squats and Bent Over Rows following the rep and set scheme below. Use two separate barbells if necessary.

— 1×15 – Start light

— 3×10 – Begin to increase to body weight

— 5×5 – Body weight or above

15-minute AMRAP: (Do Not Drop the Barbell)

Round 1:

— 2-minutes of Jump Rope (Rx+ Doubles)

— 1-minute of V-Ups

— 2-minutes of Push Presses (Rx 95/65)

Round 2:

— 2-minutes of V-Ups

— 1-minute of Push Presses

— 2-minutes of Jump Rope

Round 3:

— 2-minutes of Push Presses

— 1-minute of Jump Rope

— 2-minutes of V-Ups
